When I mention that I support Busy Professionals with Time Management, the reaction is almost always the same;
“Oh, time management, yeah - who DOESN'T need help with THAT!?”
Most people these days seem to be feeling that life is moving too fast. Work is getting the best of them and what they REALLY care about in life gets compromised, sometimes completely neglected. Somehow there is never enough hours in the day or days in the week to catch up with all that needs to be done.
I offer a program that helps you discover how to spend your time and energy on what truly matters to you.
As a participant you will learn practical methods that will help you live each day in alignment with your values and your life’s ambitions. I support you in finding ways to live your everyday life with a sense of fulfillment, joy and aliveness!
So, what gets in the way?
Even as we manage to get stuff crossed off our to-do lists, more demands get added. So you push through, go “heads down” and plug away. Occasionally you might wonder “Will I ever get a break?”
You avoid “looking up” to consider the big picture of what truly matters to you… after all, you know that you wouldn’t have time to do more of those things anyway… so, it’s easier to ignore… at least for now.
You tell yourself that “SOON it will be better, and THEN I will really do more of the things that feel meaningful and bring me joy!” Yet, you keep having so much “on your plate” that you have to just keep sticking with it and end up just “getting by”.
Of course, short term you CAN push all else aside, be a dependable super(wo)man and deliver on all those demands. In the long run though, nobody tends to benefit from this high stress, pressure filled, and frantic way of living. Relationships get strained, many become resentful, and some even burn out or get physically ill.
For the sake of what!?
When did you last take the time to really listen to yourself, allowing yourself to dream and imagine what you really want your life to be like?
In the fast paced world we live in, the scary part is: it requires you to slow down! Entering this different, more reflective mode requires that we slow down enough to be able to "zoom out". To put aside those pressing tasks for a moment in order to be able to access different perspectives and options.
If you feel like you’re already compromising important things, it will seem completely counter intuitive to slow down. You might even consider it impossible. Perhaps you’re thinking: “If I were to slow down I would fall even further behind and feel even more stressed.”
Well, consider this your wake-up call!
As cliché as it might sound, remember that…
You only have this ONE life.
It’s happening right now.
The good news is --- > You have a choice in how you use your time.
Either you can keep going like you have been until now and surely the earth will still spin and time will still pass. However, you risk arriving to the later part of your life wondering how it passed by so quickly, with a sense of having missed the mark when it comes to doing what truly matters to you.
You can choose to continue to squeeze in more of the same, more of what does NOT give you a sense of fulfillment or happiness. You can keep “managing” all your to-do’s without pausing to question the “WHY”.
OR…
You can STOP that, invest a little time and energy into getting clear about your intentions and start implementing ways that will support you daily in putting your time and energy into THAT!
How is that even possible?
As part of the “Making Time” program, I teach a simple formula for how to do that. It is simple and - once put in place - easy to follow.
The implementation requires some work though. It requires a willingness to inquire within yourself about what is important for you. It requires a willingness to explore and be curious.
By participating in my program you will gain clarity about your very personal definition of success for different areas of your life. When you put those pieces together you will get a “map” that shows you what a life lived successfully means, to YOU. You will also learn methods that you can personalize and use in your everyday life to plan, prioritize and live according to that “map”.
I’m not saying “life” is easy. I’m not even thinking it is supposed to be easy.
Rather, when you live your daily life on purpose you are likely to work hard, because you are so deeply invested in your work. At the end of the day you may end up feeling physically or mentally exhausted but simultaneously, on a deeper level, you will feel satisfied, at peace and connected. Fulfilled, because you know that you spent your time and energy on what nurtures you on this deeper level.
My promise to you
Together we will implement a personalized time management system that is rooted in your values and pointed toward your ambitions. I will support you when you dig in, dive in, get messy – all for the sake of gaining clarity.
With patience and focus, I will guide you through a process which is designed to help you clarify your intentions, identify what gets in the way of and allow meaningful solutions to appear.
I will provide inquiries for your deeper reflection and I will teach you practical reusable methods for your daily life.
I offer a multi-faceted program in which you will be supported with coaching, experiential assignments and accountability for follow-through. The format includes both group-sessions and individual sessions. You will get focused individual coaching as well as the benefits of a group; additional support, inspiration and reflection. All at a very affordable price!
How will you know this is right for YOU?
Well, there’s probably something to be said about the fact that you’re still reading this very long message (!). I’m guessing it is speaking to something you are longing for.
I believe this program is right for you if:
Who should look elsewhere?

How will you know this is right for YOU?
Well, there’s probably something to be said about the fact that you’re still reading this very long message (!). I’m guessing it is speaking to something you are longing for.
I believe this program is right for you if:
- You have tried miscellaneous “quick fixes” to time management that don’t have a lasting effect.
- You are willing to do some self-reflection and find empowering ways to prioritize your time.
- You’re eager to explore what truly has meaning for you and you believe in the value of investing time and energy into that.
- You are willing to engage either individually with me, or in a small virtual group where everyone is encouraged to participate, yet you get to work at a pace that is right for you.
Who should look elsewhere?
As I know that we all have our unique preferences and situation, this program might not be for you. Here are some things I want you to know to help you determine if this program is NOT right for you.
- If you want a quick fix to your current time management challenges but are not really interested in getting to any depth around your true priorities.
- If you are just looking for a tool to manage all your to-do’s or increase your productivity but don’t want to consider why those to-do’s are even on your list.
What else should I know?
In summary, as a participant in the “Making Time” program you will:
- Increase your awareness about what truly matters to you and clarify your goals and intentions for multiple areas of your life.
- Learn reusable methods and structures to use daily, weekly and monthly to guide you in making sure you commit that which is aligned with your values and to what feels meaningful to you. Also after the program has completed, these structures will keep inviting you to greater and greater clarity and focus. They will also keep “catching you” when you go off track.
- Implement a habit of reflection that helps you do more of what matters and become aware of how you are actually spending your time, energy and life!
- Engage in experimentation and exploration, testing ways to personalize the methods I teach, to adjust for what works for you.
- Get really honest about your current situation and empower yourself to make choices that truly support you. Gradually increase your sense of awareness, fulfillment and joy that comes from a life lived on purpose and aligned with what you value!
